Who is ‘MICROSOFT ONLINE SVCS’?

Xbox Member AreaSo going through my credit card statement today I saw a payment to MICROSOFT ONLINE SVCS HTTP://BILL.M IE for £39.99. I couldn’t remember making this purchase and the strange web URL looked a bit iffy. So I looked on Google and saw lots of people talking about a scam. ‘Not again’ I thought, having had my card screwed for £400 back in February.
